My husband and I were looking for an affordable, comfortble place to stay while on our honeymoon. We found this Hampton and the price was right so we booked it. I contacted the hotel and spoke to Sales Director, Wayne, to see if there was anything special they could set up in the room as a surprise for my husband when we arrived. Wayne was so kind and went above and beyond! When we arrived, the front desk staff was aware of our special occasion and greeted us with congratulations. When we got into our room (which they upgraded at no charge) we found red roses, a note from the staff and a bottle of chilled wine. This was such a kind gesture. The room was clean, well stocked and AC worked wonderfully! On Day 2 of our stay the toilet in the room wasnt flushing well. We went down to inform the front desk and within minutes there was a knock at the door and I was blown away to see none other than Wayne, the Sales Director, plunger in hand, there to fix the issue! And he did quickly and we had no other issues. The complimentary hot breakfast was fantastic. There is a waffle making station, and lots of other great options that varied from day to day providing variety. Overall we found this to be a wonderful place to stay, especially for the price. The location is next to so many great restaurants and shops. Its set back a bit from the main road so there is no traffic noise. The pool, while not occupied bc Its november, was clean and well maintained. We will definitely stay here again when in the area. HUGE THANKS TO WAYNE for going above and beyond for us! He made our visit exceptional.
The staff was amazing from the housekeepers to the service desk. Also I have never stayed at a hotel and seen the maintenance people working on issues so diligently. The ice machine on the 2nd floor was beeping and needing service and it was taken care of the same day. The staff was super kind even calling my phone for me when my tile broke and I couldn't locate it.
From the moment of my arrival, the staff was amazing. Always going above and beyond what started out as a 2 Reservation.... Be- Came a long term stay... The general manager Paulette and her staff is amazing. They are friendly and beyond helpful.. the housekeepers and maintenance keep the grounds, very clean and maintain. The rooms where spacious and very comfortable beds and everything needed... I cannot express my gratitude and my thanks for everything the staff did to make my day so much more simple during my stay if I could give them more than 5 stars, I will give them more stars across-the-board!!!!!
The staff was The Best!!! The room was comfy, clean, shower was strong! Next month they start renovations to replace carpets and wallpaper. Will definitely stay here every visit! Thank you Paullette!

Clean room, reasonably comfortable bed. The only annoyances for me were the lack of microwave and the inability to switch the tv to my HDMI connection.
This Hampton Inn hasn't remodeled yet, whichnis great! The bed was very comfortable, the breakfast eating was nice. Decent restaurants are 5-10 miles away, but the front desk has a nice list.
Hampton Inn never disappoints, they are well managed, clean, quiet and safe. My room was super clean and the check in was super smooth!
